Kids ‘n Kinship needs a Video of YOU!

Who?

YOU – whether you’re a mentor or mentee, waitlist youth or guardian – we need your video.

What?

We would like to include more video content of mentees, mentors and matches on our social media accounts. Which means, we need YOUR help to provide videos. Content could be any one of the following:

• Mentors/Mentees explaining why their mentor/mentee is important to them
• Mentors/Mentees explaining something their mentor/mentee has taught them
• Mentors/Mentees explaining how their lives have changed because of their match
• Matches sharing something they’ve gained because of their mentoring relationship
• Guardians explaining why their mentor is important to their child
• Guardians explaining a change they’ve seen in their child
• Waitlist youth can tell how long they’ve been waiting and explain why they’re excited to have a mentor

When?
In order to be entered for the gift card prize, your video must be in by December 20 .

Where?
You can shoot your videos wherever you’d like (helpful if it’s in a quiet space so we can hear you) and send them to Jerod at programs@kidsnkinship.org or Kerry at projects@kidsnkinship.org. 

Why?

We’ll have a $50 gift card to Target and (1) second and third place gift card for $20 to Target.
The Kids ‘n Kinship staff will pick their favorite videos on December 20 and will announce a winner on December 21 in order to get gift card prizes to winners before Christmas. 

The MOST important WHY is that we still have 38 youth who are waiting for mentors !
